Refundable deposit before we begin.
Security for outstanding obligations. Returned no later than three calendar months after the contract ends, deducting only overdue debts and previously approved third-party costs, as set out in the agreement.

You own the original and localized channels. The agency's rights in its own deliverables transfer to you on approval; Niko Media retains its internal tools and processes.

Month-to-month collaboration with 30 days' notice. The agreement proposes six months of revenue sharing after termination, limited to videos produced, approved and published during the collaboration, subject to the contract's exceptions.

Do you only work in English?
We start with the agreed languages. The contract template's voice authorization covers English; other languages require written authorization and an updated scope.
What do I need to provide as a creator?
Videos, scripts, brand materials and permissions. With Core, we coordinate a session with your editor; with Premium, we replace the visual text and request project files when needed. Every person whose voice is cloned must have valid authorization.
What is the difference between Session and Complete?
Core includes a session with your editor: we guide and review, and your editor makes the visual changes. Premium includes NikoText™ Complete: Niko Media translates and replaces the agreed text. Complex visual work is assessed before we accept the video.
How much work is included?
The initial proposal per language is up to 4 videos and 60 source minutes per month, with a maximum of 20 minutes per video. Both limits apply. Premium adds up to 8 Shorts of 60 seconds. The signed addendum defines the final scope.
Is there an initial payment?
A refundable €500 deposit, with no upfront service fee or monthly minimum. Returned no later than three calendar months after effective termination, subject to the documented deductions in the contract.
Is Premium's 50% added to Core's 30%?
No. Niko Media receives 30% with Core or 50% with Premium. The creator keeps 70% or 50%, respectively, of the covered net revenue.
How and when is the revenue share paid?
The creator receives platform payments. The proposal sets reports by the 10th of the following month and payment by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receiving the invoice and calculation. Only revenue received or available for withdrawal counts; overhead costs do not reduce the revenue-sharing base.
Who approves the videos?
You review the translation, voice and visuals before publishing. The proposal includes two preference revision rounds and five business days to respond. We correct our errors without using those rounds. Silence does not mean approval.
Can I end the collaboration?
Yes, with 30 days' notice. A further six months of revenue sharing is proposed, limited to Niko Media videos approved and published before termination. It excludes new videos from another agency and unrelated revenue. It requires express acceptance and includes exceptions for breach.
Are revenue or results guaranteed?
We do not guarantee revenue, views or a monetization date. We define the scope and assess the materials before starting.
