Information we store

Contact details, channel information, service preferences and the message you choose to share, along with the application's date, reference and status. Do not include passwords, bank details or sensitive information.

How it is used

We use it to assess your application and contact you. Your phone number is optional. The form does not subscribe you to advertising or authorize voice cloning. Any collaboration requires a later agreement.

Access and retention

Responses are stored in the site's database, hosted on Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure, and viewed through a dashboard restricted to Niko Media. They are kept while the application is being assessed or the commercial conversation continues; you may request deletion at any time. They are not published on the website.

To request access, correct your details, request deletion or withdraw consent, email business.nikomedia@gmail.com and specify the email address used in the application.

Purpose and choice

We use the submitted details to respond to your application and consider a possible collaboration. The form records your express agreement to this contact. If a contract is established, the data necessary to manage that relationship will be processed. We do not subscribe you to advertising campaigns.

Optional statistics

If you accept them in the privacy notice, we record only aggregated counters by day and page and completed applications. We do not store visitor identifiers or form contents in those statistics. You can change your choice through 'Privacy preferences' at the bottom of any page. Counters are kept for 12 months.

Form security

To limit automated submissions, we may keep an identifier derived from the IP address and hour using a hash function, along with a counter, for up to 48 hours. We do not store the plain IP address in that table. The hosting provider may process technical connection data to operate and protect the service.

Providers and rights

The site uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Their services may involve technical data processing in the locations covered by their terms. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent by email. You can also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
